01 The heart of my work
A safe, steady space
Understanding what’s beneath the patterns.
In our work together, we go far beyond quick surface-level fixes or advice on how to just "think positive." We gently look under the hood. The ways you react, protect yourself, or struggle today aren't personal failures; they are smart adaptations your brain and nervous system created to help you survive early in life.
Together, we create a safe, steady space to understand the parts of you that are still holding old pain, stress, or unmet needs. By bringing curiosity and compassion to these protective parts, you can release the heavy burden of the past, learn to truly trust yourself, and build a quiet, steady sense of self-worth from the inside out.
02 Ways we can work together
Offerings for your healing and growth
Support for your whole self and nervous system.
Healing looks different for everyone, and my goal is to provide a space where your whole self and nervous system can finally feel safe, supported, and deeply seen. Whether you are seeking individual support or navigating relationship dynamics as a couple or family, each offering is rooted in deep compassion and curiosity. Wherever you are on your path, there is a place for you here.

Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, I offer a warm and compassionate space to explore your inner world without judgment. Rather than focusing only on behavior change or top-down logic, we gently uncover the deeper emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and unconscious beliefs keeping you stuck.
Our early life experiences shape the way we navigate relationships and view our self-worth. Together, we bring curiosity and somatic awareness to these patterns, honoring the protective strategies and inner child that helped you survive. Through this process, we help your body and mind feel safe again—allowing you to heal from the roots up and meet yourself with true kindness, clarity, and care.

Couples Therapy
My approach to couples therapy focuses on creating a safe, balanced space where both partners feel deeply heard and validated. We move beyond repetitive cycles of blame or emotional shutdown by exploring the underlying nervous system triggers and unmet needs that fuel disconnection.
Often, how we respond in moments of relationship stress is rooted in earlier life experiences—how we learned to seek safety, express emotion, or manage vulnerability. Rather than just teaching surface-level conflict resolution, we work to strengthen your core emotional connection. By understanding each other’s protective responses with empathy and curiosity, you can break free from old patterns and rebuild your bond with greater honesty, depth, and trust.

Family Therapy
In family therapy, I support families in understanding the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that create conflict, disconnection, or pain. Each member brings their own story, shaped by their unique role within the family system and their individual life experiences.
My goal is to cultivate a grounded space where everyone feels seen, respected, and validated. Together, we explore how past experiences and generational patterns influence present-day behaviors and nervous system responses. With curiosity and compassion, we work to break unhealthy cycles—helping your family build clearer communication, stronger emotional bonds, and a more connected way of living together.

The heart behind my work
I believe in the process because I live it.
My path to becoming a therapist didn't start in a classroom—it began in the trenches of my own healing. I grew up navigating a difficult upbringing and carrying heavy, complex trauma for years. For a long time, I lived with the weight of those experiences on my own.
Everything changed when I joined a women’s support group and, for the first time, experienced true safety. Being held in a space of total compassion by someone I trusted allowed me to finally unpack what I had carried for so long. It was in that space that I knew what I was meant to do with my life: offer that exact same sanctuary to others—a place where you are deeply seen, safe, and never alone in your pain.
I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the walk every single day. The work I do with clients isn't theoretical to me—I believe in this process because I live it. I know firsthand that deep healing is possible when we learn to understand our nervous systems, honor our stories, and rebuild a relationship with ourselves from the inside out.

04 Beyond the therapy room
Presence in everyday life
Nature, motherhood, and the practice of renewal.
Outside of my practice, I’m a mother to a spirited, wonderful daughter. Being a parent has profoundly shaped how I view attachment, emotional development, and the true power of presence. I approach parenting consciously and lovingly, striving to break old generational loops and create a steady foundation for her to grow.
Nature is also my sanctuary. You’ll often find me out hiking or soaking in green spaces that let me breathe deeper and slow down. Being outdoors reminds me of the natural rhythms of life: growth, stillness, movement, and renewal—all things I bring into my work as a therapist.
